"Day 29" is a gel printed shell from my 100-day project of rocks in Spring 2025. Each piece from this series is on 8" x 8", 140lb—cold-press watercolor paper. (And yes, I realize a shell technically isn't a rock.)
This printmaking method primarily uses acrylic paint, but some rocks used mixed media printing techniques such as oil pastel resists, soft pastel or charcoal transfers, and acrylic markers.
The rock used as inspiration for the print is included with the purchase. (Shown in the upper left corner.)
