This piece comes in a beautiful wood frame with acrylic glazing. The slight gap between the black face and the natural wood edge mimics the look of a contemporary float frame. The back has a paper dust cover to keep the artwork protected and is wired, ready to hang on your wall. Framed size is 10.5” x 13.5”.

My Child’s Play series began with an accidental image transfer while I was using vintage Bingo cards as printing paper. Intrigued by the result, I began shaping this abstract body of work around childhood play, using the graphic quality of the Bingo cards with imagery made from found toy and game parts. Look closely and you may find marks made by foam discs, a croquet mallet, bubble wands, punched-out board game tokens, and cardboard—the ultimate material for imaginative play.
